Business Launch Advisor

Job Purpose

The Business Launch Advisor is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; and developing customized targeted sales strategies. 

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle and follow up on sales inquiries from various channels (calls, emails, walk-ins, referrals)

  • Maintain and update client information in CRM (ZOHO)

  • Educate clients on company setup, business activities, and Free Zone regulations

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates

  • Attend networking events and train partners/consultants to boost sales

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and compliance

  • Analyze competition through market research and mystery shopping

  • Deliver excellent customer service from inquiry to company setup and visa processing

  • Prepare regular sales reports and manage client expectations with up-to-date package info

  • Maintain professionalism and business etiquette in all client interactions

 

Qualifications / Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree graduate

  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar sales or client-facing role

  • Experience in any sales industry; background in Free Zone or business setup is a plus

  • Proven ability to convert leads, close deals, and meet sales targets

  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, objection handling, and problem-solving

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong presentation skills

  • Computer literate and comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., ZOHO)

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic

  • Fluent in English and have knowledge of additional languages. (Russian and french preffered)
