SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Job Purpose

Our client, a marketing agency based in Dubai, is looking to hire a Senior Account Manager who will take a leadership role in managing the client services function at Company. This role is responsible for overseeing the client account management team, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, driving new business growth, and fostering long-term partnerships with key clients. The Senior Account Manager will act as the strategic point of contact for client, ensuring that Company’s services meet client needs and exceed expectations. You will also be involved in developing the agency’s processes and systems to support the team’s continued growth and success.

Job Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: 

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, developing and nurturing long-term
    relationships.
  • Oversee client communications and negotiations, ensuring that all interactions are aligned
    with client goals and Companys service offerings.

Business Development & Growth:

  • Contribute to RFPs, pitches, and presentations to secure new projects and business for the
    agency.
  • Identify and sell new services and solutions to clients, aiming for recurring revenue and
    long-term account growth.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead and mentor the client services and account management teams, ensuring that they
    have the tools, training, and resources to deliver high-caliber work.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive working environment that encourages crossfunctional knowledge-sharing.

Project & Process Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the account management team, ensuring the smooth
    execution of projects and seamless information flow across departments.
  • Implement creative and proprietary tools to improve planning and project delivery and lead multilple projects at once.

Financial & Operational Oversight:

  • Partner with the finance and operations teams to monitor client account profitability,
    P&L management, and revenue forecasting.
  • Review and analyze estimates, time entry, invoicing, and contracts to ensure the financial
    health of client accounts.

Client Strategy & Innovation:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of client businesses, their industries, and competitive
    landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure that Company’s services and solutions remain innovative and aligned with client
    goals, adding value through creative execution and strategic insight.

Client Advocacy & Satisfaction:

  • Act as the client’s advocate within the agency, ensuring their voice is heard and their
    needs are met.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges or issues with client relationships and address
    them before they escalate, Measure and monitor client satisfaction.
Qualifications / Experience Required
  • 5-8 years of experience in a client services or account management role within a digital, creative, or marketing agency, and experience managing a team. 
  • Salary is upto AED22,000.
  • Proven experience managing senior-level client relationships and overseeing the execution of complex, multi-channel projects
  • Experience with project management tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
  • A demonstrated ability to drive business growth through client retention, upselling, and strategic development.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong experience leading and managing a team, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop individuals.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for client growth and agency expansion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
