Job Purpose

A leading consulting firm, is looking to hire a Digital Strategy & Transformation Director to join their KSA branch. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving digital innovation within a dynamic consulting environment. You will collaborate closely with clients to develop tailored digital strategies and execute transformational initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee digital transformation initiatives for the clients across various industries.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies to meet client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define the digital vision and roadmap for the firm, aligning it with market trends and client needs.
  • Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients on leveraging digital technologies to optimize operations, enhance customer experiences, and achieve competitive advantage.
  • Provide program oversight across multiple ongoing implementations across businesses and drive governance and rigor across all workstreams and cross functional teams.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor on digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital experts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the digital space, continuously enhancing the firm’s capabilities and offerings.
Qualifications / Experience Required
  • A minimum of 15 years experience, with a focus of 6-7 years in the digital sector.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in leading digital transformation projects within consulting firms or similar environments.
  • Deep understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications across industries.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong client management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering value.
