Education Strategy Analyst
Job Purpose
A leading entity in the UAE, is currently looking to hire an Education Strategy Analyst to join their team. This role supports school systems, higher education institutions, EdTech companies, investors, foundations, and government agencies in solving complex strategic, operational, and policy challenges. As an Analyst, you will work on high-impact engagements that shape the future of K–12, higher education, workforce development, and lifelong learning. You will combine rigorous analytical thinking with structured problem-solving to drive actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
Job Responsibilities

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Perform market research, policy benchmarking, competitor analysis to assess educational trends and project future needs
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, create presentations and translate analytical findings into practical recommendations to drive innovation, improve educational standards & ensure alignment with national priorities
- Analyze trends across K-12, higher education, workforce & EdTech
- Evaluate regulatory environments, and policy implications.
- Support growth strategy, M&A due diligence, transformation, and impact strategy projects
- Work in small, high-performing team
- Contribute to internal knowledge-building within the education practice
Qualification / Experience Required

- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Economics, Public Policy, Education, Business, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in consulting, education policy, EdTech strategy.
- Strong quantitative skills (Excel, data analysis, financial modeling).
- Exceptional structured problem-solving ability.
- Clear and compelling written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated interest in education reform, innovation, or impact.
