Events Specialist
Job Purpose
Responsible for the end-to-end event management, from choosing venues to evaluating success afterwards; to enthusiastically organize unforgettable events ensuring the entertainment of participants and alignment with business objectives.

Coordinate all event operations, including venue setup, invitations, merchandise, calendars, and scheduling entertainers/speakers.

Support the Deputy Head of Events in organizing internal/external events; attend meetings as secondary point of contact.

Secure venues, research and negotiate with vendors for optimal quality and cost within budget.

Oversee event setup, conduct final inspections, maintain records, and manage post-event teardown and follow-up.

Evaluate event success and prepare reports with feedback.
Qualification / Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; certification in Hospitality or Event Management is desirable

3+ years of experience in a similar operational and administrative role

Project management skills with strong attention to detail

Budgeting skills to support financial planning

Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation abilities

Proficient in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus
