Human Resources Specialist – UAE National
Job Purpose
A Government Entity in Abu Dhabi, is looking to recruit a UAE National HR Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient functioning of the HR functions within the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant roles, managing the employment process.
- Creating and maintaining the HR database and filing systems
- Follow-up with relevant teams on reference checks, security paperwork, and new hire documentations
- Serve as a point of contact for new employees onboarded in the firm
- Organizing staff training and development programs, and monitoring employee performance
- Attending meetings, workshops and conferences as required
Skills and Experience Required
- 2-3 years of HR related experience
- A Bachelors Degree Holder with a GPA of 3.5 and above
- Native Arabic speakers are encouraged to apply for this role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work in a multi- cultural environment.
- A proven track record to work with deadlines in a busy and demanding environment
- Up to date with the latest labor laws in the country
- A complete understanding of the HR functions and best practices in the industry
