Junior Legal Advisor

Job Purpose

The Junior Legal Advisor role involves supporting the legal department by conducting research, drafting legal documents, reviewing agreements, advising on corporate governance, and assisting with dispute resolution to minimize legal risks and ensure compliance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal matters.

  • Draft and review legal opinions, memoranda, contracts, and agreements.

  • Assist in identifying and addressing critical legal issues in documents.

  • Support dispute resolution processes and monitor implementation of legal clauses.

  • Provide legal counsel to minimize risk in contracts with external parties (partners, suppliers, consultants, etc.).

  • Represent the organization in legal matters with external entities, both locally and internationally.

  • Support legal oversight of claims, disputes, and arbitration proceedings.

  • Offer guidance on corporate governance for the organization and its subsidiaries.

  • Participate in key dispute resolution hearings and coordinate with government and private stakeholders.

  • Promote ethical legal practices and a culture of compliance within the organization.

  • Ensure adherence to internal communication strategies and legal reporting protocols.

Qualification / Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in legal practice.

  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

  • Proficient in legal research methods and report writing.

  • Excellent analytical and creative thinking abilities.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.

  • Demonstrated responsibility, teamwork, and customer service focus.

  • Self-motivated with a strong determination to succeed.
