Organization, Rewards & Talent Development Senior Specialist

Job Purpose

A Government Entity in Abu Dhabi, is looking to hire an Organization & Talent Development Senior Specialist, someone who has experience in Rewards as well. The ideal candidate will have extensive exposure in Organization Design, Workforce Planning & Rewards.

Job Responsibilities

Organization Design:

  • · Collaborate with leadership to assess the current organizational structure & identify areas for improvement
  • · Develop and implement organization design strategies that enhance efficiency, agility, and alignment with business objectives.
  • · Lead restructuring initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and departmental reorganizations.

Workforce Planning:

  • · Conduct workforce analysis to anticipate future skill requirements and talent gaps.
  • · Develop workforce planning strategies to ensure we have the right talent in the right roles at the right time.
  • · Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to implement recruitment and retention strategies.

Performance Management:

  • Design and oversee performance management processes that promote goal alignment, continuous feedback, and development.
  • Assist in creating a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and recognition.
  • Provide guidance to managers on handling performance issues & implementing improvement plans.

Rewards and Compensation:

  • Evaluate and refine our compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive and fair.
  • Analyze market data and industry trends to make recommendations for compensation adjustments.
  • Administer and communicate compensation policies and reward programs effectively.

Talent Management:

    • Identify high-potential employees and develop tailored talent development plans.
    • Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to design training initiatives that address skill gaps and promote career growth.
    • Support leadership in succession planning and talent acquisition strategies.
Qualifications / Experience Required
  • Bachelors Degree in HR; MBA or Masters will be given preference
  • Minimum 8 Years of Relevant Experience in Organization, Rewards & Talent Development
  • Previous Experience from the consulting industry but currently working inhouse is a big plus and will be given preference.
  • Salary: AED 45k – 50K + Education Allowance + Bonus + Insurance
