Strategy Consulting Principal – Energy Sector
Job Purpose
A leading consulting firm in the Middle East, is looking to hire a Principal for their Energy Team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with one of the top tier strategy consulting firms. The role requires the candidate to have a proven track record within the Energy practice in topics such as Energy Transition, Decarbonization, Circular Economy, etc.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish network within the Energy sector to identify and capitalize on potential business opportunities, including developing proposals and pitches for clients.
- Lead and manage teams, and deliver complex projects in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Primary contact for key accounts, building relationships with clients and ensuring successful completion of strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to building intellectual capital by developing whitepapers, case studies and industry insights.
- Mentoring teams & enabling them to create long term impact for clients.
Qualifications / Requirements
- MBA/ Masters from a renowned business school.
- 10 – 12 years of relevant consulting experience within a top tier strategy firm.
- Proven track record in strategy consulting within the Energy sector.
- Experience in leading teams and managing projects.
- Demonstrating strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen skills.
- Excellent communication skills to deal with stakeholders whilst articulating complex ideas clearly.
