Senior Strategy Consultant / Manager – ARABIC SPEAKING
Job Purpose
A boutique consulting firm based in Qatar, is looking to expand their team and hire a Senior Consultant/ Manager for their Public Sector team. The ideal candidate will support the Principals and Partners in client engagements, writing proposals, supporting business development activities and managing workstreams on projects. You will work in a dynamic team to assist clients in developing strategies, driving change and achieving growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand the client’s challenges & goals and become a trusted advisor
- Develop strategic plans & business models, lead project teams and ensure high quality deliverables that meet client expectations.
- Prepare presentations & recommendations for clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to developing whitepapers and industry insights.
- Mentoring teams and enabling them to create long term impact for clients.
Qualifications / Experience Required
- MBA or a Masters Degree from a top tier university with a strong academic background
- 4-8 years experience in a strategy / management consulting firm.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and business acumen skills
- Proven track record of leading projects/ workstreams and managing client relationships, whilst delivering results in a fast paced environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential
