SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Job Purpose

Our Client, based in Dubai, are looking for a Social Media Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns that align with business objectives. You’ll need to be a creative thinker with exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of
social media platforms and trends. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating content, managing social
media accounts, analyzing metrics, and collaborating with other teams to drive results

Job Responsibilities
  • Designing effective social media marketing strategies for achieving the client’s marketing goals
  • Coordinate with Social Media Manager and Creative Director to create quality content daily.
  • Creating, publishing, and managing high-quality and original content for social media
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, latest digital technologies and best practices and sharing
    strategy with internal teams on weekly / monthly basis
  • Monitoring the client’s social media accounts and regularly updating them with the latest news
    and content
  • Guiding internal teams for maintaining cohesive social media strategies
  • Communicating with industry professionals through social media for creating a strong network
  • Monitoring user engagement and SEO and also suggesting methods for content optimization
  • Preparing weekly/monthly reports on ROI and web traffic
  • Facilitating communication between the clients and the company by responding to queries,
    getting reviews, and organizing chats or Q&A sessions
  • Collaborating with the Product, Marketing, and Sales teams for creating social ‘hype’ regarding
    new launches
  • Liaising with designers and writers for ensuring that the content remains informative as well as
    appealing
Qualifications / Experience Required
  • Minimum 7+ years experience in social media strategy
  • Proven track record of successfully executing campaigns
  • Ability to create cohesive brand messaging
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions
  • Experience with paid social media advertising
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices for social media
